Описание к видео The best leg workout you're not doing

This is a service intended to go over an individual's health, wellness, & fitness goals in depth. All topics discussed will be based on the most up to date scientific literature. In return, the person will gain knowledge of how to set up a structured fitness protocol catered to their goals, have foundational nutritional knowledge to compliment these goals, & will have a pre-laid out fitness template that they will learn how to modify on the fly when necessary.

In this video, I will be giving you a comprehensive video as to what goes into each of my current lower body gym sessions. I will be discussing my two key movements being my Barbell High Bar Squats & Conventional Deadlifts. I will also be discussing the other lower body exercises that I do around these exercises. These will include exercises such as lunges, leg extensions, leg curls, calf raises, as well as some direct abdominal work to finish things off.

Here's the full workout
Barbell High Bar Squat: 4x8 reps (245lbs)
Conventional Deadlift: 3x6 reps (325lbs)
Barbell Reverse Lunges to High knee: 3x12 reps (105lbs)
Leg Extensions: 4x20 reps (75lbs)
Leg Curl: 4x16 reps (60lbs)
Dragon Flags 4x6 reps

Key takeaways from this workout

1) Do whatever it takes to stay in the zone while exercising. For me, I like to listen to music. This way I'm able to block out any distractions.

2) Rest time is crucial when lifting heavy loads. For myself, I'll rest anywhere between 3-5 minutes per set. This may sound like a lot, but when pushing yourself to your absolute limit, optimizing your rest times can make a big difference.

3) Push yourself as hard as you can & go harder every time you exercise. Whether be it you add more weight, add an extra rep, or lessen the rest time.

4) Focus on developing that mind to muscle connection. Especially with isolation exercises.

5) Leave the ego out the window. Don't push yourself when you're not ready.
