129K Magicka Dragonkight PvE Build ESO | Endless Archive U40

HELLO everyone and WELCOME to my Build Guide for the Magicka Dragonknight ready for the Endless Archive Update 40! A few very minor tweaks to the DK over this patch has made the DK EXTREMELY competitive in the meta conversation! Though not QUITE as preferable as an Arcanist in content, the DK is an incredibly close second, and an unbelievably viable class to run in all content!
