Either add it to your Quest through ADB, or SideQuest has a way to just drag and drop APKs onto the app. Make sure you're using a large playspace, the max guardian the Oculus supports, 25 ft x 25 ft. If you do this in a 10 ft x 10 ft it's going to make you sick. When you step out into the hallway expect to be disoriented until you get used to it. Ignore what your balance is telling you and follow your visual perception. Let me know in the comments how it works for you.
