Here you have the CITY fuel consumption (fuel economy real-life test) of 2023 Toyota Prius PHEV (Prime) Plug-In Hybrid in a city (urban area, also in heavy traffic) starting with "empty" batteries. This car has Plug-In hybrid system with 2.0 l inline-4 petrol engine plus electric (HEV), which offers 164 kW (223 HP), FWD, e-CVT planetary gearbox. battery capacity: 13.6 kWh (gross). I checked economy with two versions of this car: 1st with 19" rims and solar roof and 2nd with 17" rims. Results:

Prius tyres 19": Yokohama BluEarth GT (AE-51) 195/50 R19 88H with "C" index of rolling resistance.
Prius tyres 17": Yokohama BluEarth-FE AE30D 195/60 R17 90H with "A" index of rolling resistance.

As always, I checked real fuel consumption on a petrol station. I noticed -2% difference with Prius PHEV 19": computer shows fuel consumption higher by 2% comparing to what I refueled. Prius PHEV 17" rims shows exactly the same fuel consumption comparing to what I refueled.
