Today I will be creating a leather belt using conchos to embellish the belt. You can use this method to create your own custom leather belt. I will provide easy to follow instructions to take you step by step through the process. I will be using buffalo nickel conchos to embellish the belt. There is a wide range of conchos to create a one of a kind belt for yourself or for gifts.

The leather that I am using is from Montana Leather. The Vaqueta line of Vegtan leather is really a handy way to start a project. The leather is available is 6 colors and cuts, works, and tools like any other natural Vegtan leather without the need to dye the leather. This saved me the time and cost on this project.
