Location: Vert District - Along South Boulevard at Racine Construction

Notes: Colorful Screws can be obtained from doing the various climbing challenges around the city, and to trade them in you'll want to find the NPC along South Boulevard in the Vert District at Racine Construction. Head Northeast from the Station (Gare de Lumiose) and you'll see some construction guys hanging out, with one of them talking about Colorful Screws. This becomes available once you've found three.

Colorful Screws can be traded in for various effect plushies, such as better catch rate, more experience, and less chance of blacking out from being hit.
