Our family absolutely loves biking, and we're always on the hunt for family-friendly bike trails during our road trips. One of our top picks is the stunning East Bay Bike Path in Rhode Island.

🌊 East Bay Bike Path Highlights 🌲
This beautiful 14.5-mile trail stretches from Providence to Bristol, offering breathtaking views of Narragansett Bay. The path takes you through coastal marshes, waterfront parks, and charming New England towns. It's so peaceful and relaxing that it took us 5 hours to cover just 8 miles! Here are our 6 favorite spots along the way:

Unexpected Surprises 🌅

Swans on one side, wind turbines on the other. It's the perfect blend of nature and human innovation!
Squantum Association 🏛️

After passing the Orthopedics surgery center, you'll reach the historic Squantum Association. This cool club has been around since the 1800s and is great for events and hanging out. We enjoyed a picnic, bird watching, and relaxing in the breeze.
Dari-Bee Ice Cream 🍦

A fun ice cream spot with tons of flavors. Perfect for cooling off during the ride.
Borealis Coffee Company ☕

A neat little coffee shop known for its awesome brews.
Vintner Avenue Playground 🛝

The kids had a blast digging, sliding, and swinging. It's a fantastic spot for some playtime and even a quick nap!
Police Cove Park 🦀

Our final stop where we relaxed, watched crabs, and enjoyed some water fun.
