ingredients:
-14-15 baby potatoes
-5 tbsp olive oil
-1/2 tsp salt
-1/2 tsp black pepper
-1/2 tsp oregano
-1/2 tsp garlic powder
-1/4 tsp lemon powder
-1/2 tsp paprika powder
-1/4 cup parmesan cheese
-Rosemary
-1/2 cup feta cheese
-3/4 cup greek yogurt
-1 tbsp olive oil
-1 garlic cloves
-1 tbsp lemon juice
-1 1/2 tbsp dried parsley
-1 tsp chilli flakes
-3 tbsp olive oil
Recipe:
-cut the baby potatoes in half, add them to a large bowl.
-add, olive oil, season with salt, black pepper, oregano, garlic powder, lemon powder, paprika powder, mix well.
-add in potatoes to a pan, add parmesan cheese, rosemary, bake in oven at 400F/200C for 30-40 minutes.
-let’s make very simple homemade sauce.
-add in feta cheese to a food processor with greek yogurt, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, black pepper, pulse until is smooth.
-set the sauce aside, for making herbs oil add dried parsley to a bowl with olive oil, chili flakes, and mix well.
-now serve the potatoes with creamy feta sauce and herbs oil.
