Cole Graves, PT, DPT

Описание к видео Cole Graves, PT, DPT

Cole grew up in Kirkland and attended Juanita high school (with fellow therapist Jordan Bork) where he was a three sport athlete playing football, basketball and baseball. He received a scholarship to continue his education while playing football at Central Washington University. Cole attained his BS in Clinical Physiology and minored in Athletic Training at CWU. He played on the defensive side of the ball which led to him suffering a knee injury that kept him out for a year. This injury allowed him to experience PT first hand and inspired him to become someone who wants to help people return their prior level of function. After completing college he returned to Kirkland where he worked at LWPT and Evergreen Hospital as a rehab aide. He also got involved in the community by becoming an assistant football coach at Juanita High School coaching linebackers and defensive backs, sending five athletes to play collegiately and one still playing professionally. Cole’s coaching experience reached pass the gridiron to the basketball court where he was also an assistant girls basketball coach at local Kamiakin Middle School. After 3 years post-undergrad, Cole was accepted to the 4th ranked PT program in the nation, Northwestern University in Chicago, to pursue his dream of becoming a Doctor of Physical Therapy.
