The Gift That Keeps On Giving

On this episode we are back once again to do more rust cleaning at this property for the 3rd time. The property has an issue with high iron levels on the sprinkler systems which fails constantly. The filters have to be manually reset to filter the sprinkler water but when the system has a fault nobody knows until they see the rust.
