"November 1837" is a haunting and beautiful poem, about the wild moors, written by Emily Brontë when she was 19 years old.

The CD "A Fresh Wind Waves" is a re-mastered version (2011) of a Janet Jones 1976 EP. The mood of the poems has been further enhanced by the addition of the cello. The CD has 5 Emily Brontë poems set to music by Janet Jones and so beautifully sung by her. It is available for purchase from Janet's website which will be up and running from 8am on Saturday 24 September 2011. This is the link to Janet's website:

Emily Brontë was born on 30 July 1818 at Thornton, Bradford. Although this video was uploaded at the beginning of July the date of making it public was chosen to coincide with Emily's birthday.

I would like to thank Janet for giving me her permission to upload this song and for providing me with the photos of herself which were taken in Haworth. I have the CD and I love it.
