Rinse, drain, and set it aside. 2️⃣ Boil water, add salt & turmeric for color, then parboil the rice for 3-4 minutes. 3️⃣ Strain and spread on a plate to fluff it up and cool it. This rice is your perfect base for Tawa Pulao!
Step 2: Making the Spicy Red Chilli Garlic Paste 🌶️🧄 1️⃣ Blend soaked Kashmiri red chilies, garlic, and a little water into a smooth paste. 2️⃣ Boom! Your fiery paste is ready to ignite the flavors! 🔥
Step 3: Tawa Pulao Assembly 🍛 1️⃣ Heat up a tawa or pan, add butter, oil, and cumin seeds. Let them sizzle for that signature flavor! 2️⃣ Toss in sliced onions and sauté until golden brown. Then add in capsicum, tomato, cabbage, and beetroot.
