▢1 cup chilled buttermilk (plain chaas) (mix ¼ cup plain yogurt with ¾ water if chaas is not available.)
▢1 cup chilled whole milk (full-fat milk)
▢½ teaspoon ground cardamom
▢¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
▢6-8 strands saffron (soaked in 1 tablespoon milk)
▢almond and pistachio slivers for garnishing
