To do good damage against Arcstar you'll want to use defense debuffs or all stat reduction to get rid of its defence.
Do not use DoT's, Arcstar is immune.
Use any %health damage you have that isn't DoT.
Use supports to increase the attack of your damage dealers.
Place a support in a corner and place anyone who would survive to round 2 (supports, magicians, etc) on a different row and column.
