A high school phenom who spent just one year at Georgia Tech, Marbury was selected fourth by the Minnesota Timberwolves in the 1996 NBA draft. After 13 seasons and two All-Star appearances in the NBA, Marbury left for China, where he won three CBA championships and is so beloved that he has his own museum and statue.
