Ingredients

Payasam Rice /White rice /red rice 1 cup
Jaggery 1/2 kg
Water 1 cup for jaggery
Salt 2pinch
Dry ginger powder ( chukku podi )1/2 tsp
Water 4 cup
Ghee 1 to 2 tsp or according to ur taste
