The Balkans were always known as the powder keg of Europe and have never been truly united excluding Yugoslavia somewhat. But today, in the new HOI4 DLC Battle for Bosporus, that will change.
Bulgaria will be the leader and unifier of the Balkans and we will form the Balkan Federation! The project will finally be complete and all the people of the Balkans will be united under 1 prosperous nation. That being if we do finally manage to achieve that dream.
