I make this about twice a month for the two of us to enjoy daily. It's adapted from Farmhouse on Boone's Sourdough Loaf Recipe that I got from one of her YouTube videos. It was not written anywhere that I could find, so I can place it here, from my interpretation! The recipe makes 2 loaves. I have tried many sourdough loaf recipes and this one, by far, is the easiest and best tasting that I have found.

1 cup of sourdough starter
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp salt
2.5 cups warm water
1 stick of butter, softened or coconut oil
7.5 - 8 cups of flour
Place in greased bowl overnight
Shape into loaves
Bake at 375℉ for 45 minutes
