I had a hell of a time with my relatively new 2016 RZR 900 Trail, the secondary clutch wouldn't come off. Most videos just show it popping off, but mine wouldn't no matter how hard I hit it or pulled on it. I tried soaking it in WD40 and PB Blaster overnight, tried reinstalling the screws putting back on the belt and running it for a while longer, tried using a rubber mallet and a variety of other things that didn't work. Finally someone recommended a solution that worked. Here's the video on how to use a slide hammer to remove a secondary clutch.

Note: If you don't want - or can't find one - to buy, my local Home Depot had one available for rent. As with most rentals from Home Depot, it's usually only marginally less expensive than buying one. So if you have another use for it, or want to take it off again in the future if it's still stuck - just buy one.
