Jennifer is a marketing and communication vet whose work is at the intersection of branding, reputation and diversity. She designs and executes strategies that transform how brands engage with people and vice versa. From external messaging to internal employee experience and other aspects of workplace belonging in between, her clients span a range of sectors like telecom, CPG, and startups.

Her advice on being an entrepreneur and a mom: "Allow yourself time and grace to let your professional career/entrepreneurship path evolve as you evolve as a human/caregiver. If it weren’t for becoming a mother, I’m not sure I would have allowed myself to recognize the deep passion I have for creating more diverse and inclusive workplace environments."
