Ingredients For Marinate
-------------------------------------------------

1.5 kg fish
Salt 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1.5 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Cooking oil 1.5 tbsp
Mix it well and marinate for 30 mins

For fry

Cooking oil 500gm

Ingredients For Kabsa

Oil 1/2 cup around 125ml
Cinnamon sticks 2nos
Cardamom 8nos
Cloves 10nos
Chopped onion 2 medium
Ginger and garlic paste 2 tbsp
Tomato puree 2 medium
Tomato paste 3 tbsp
Cardamom 1/2 tsp
Kabsa masala 3 tsp
Paprika 1.5 tsp
Pepper 1 tsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Dry lemon 4nos
Green chilli 6nos
Hot water 1.5 litres (as a required)
Basmati rice 4.5 cups (Soaked before 30 minutes)
