🍜 BLACK BEAN INSTANT NOODLES RECIPE (jjajangmyeon)🍜

🫘 black bean sauce 🫘
2 big tablespoons of black bean paste
1 tbsp potato (chopped into small cubes)
1 tbsp zucchini (chopped into small cubes)
1 tbsp carrots (chopped into small cubes)
1 tbsp onions (chopped into small cubes)
4 tbsp cooking oil
1 tbsp sugar
3/4 tbsp corn starch
3/4 cup of cold water, then 1 tbsp for the corn starch slurry

*Steps: Add 1 tbsp cooking oil to a pan and sautee the potatoes, zucchini, carrots and onions for 5 minutes. Make space in the centre of the pan, add in 3 tbsp of cooking oil, then add in the black bean paste and stir for 1 minute to fry the paste. Add in water, put on the lid and simmer on low heat until veggies are cooked. Add in sugar. Then mix the corn starch with water, and gradually add this to the sauce and keep mixing as the sauce thickens until your desired consistency.
