Hurricane Ian could not stop these two from pledging their love to one another.

Rachel and Ryan's wedding day was a beautiful celebration of their love, set against the backdrop of Charleston, South Carolina. The couple met in college and have been dating for more than five years.

The ceremony took place at the popular Island House venue in Charleston, South Carolina. The Island House sits on a private island on the banks of the Stono River. While spacious and intimate, the venue has absolutely stunning sunsets, with full views of the river, and a constant island breeze giving you a costal setting, with Lowcountry comforts.

After getting married at the front of the historic house, Rachel and Ryan had their reception along the river in under a spacious white tent. It was a picture perfect day after all, as these two said "I do." It was so much fun being surrounded by the love, fun and emotion of not just the couple but all of their friends and family as well. Nothing was going to stop these two from celebrating their love, and we're so glad it didn't!
