FULL RECIPE:

INGREDIENTS:
•2 1/2 cups of ripe mango
•3 TBSP white granulated sugar
•1/2 TBSP corn starch
•2 cups all purpose flour
•1/2 TSP baking powder
•1/4 TSP salt
•3/4 cup COLD undalted butter
•2/3 cup brown sugar
•1 large egg
•1/2 TSP vanilla extract

Step 1:
Combine mangoes, corn starch, and white sugar until sugar and cornstarch is dissolved.

Step 2:
Combine flour, salt, and baking powder in a bowl and whisk until well mixed. Then cube your butter and add the flour mixture and butter into a food processor. Pulse until you see pea sized lumps of butter.

Step 3:
Combine brown sugar, egg, and vanilla extract in a bowl and whisk until well combined.

Step 4:
Mix the flour/butter mixture and brown sugar mixture together until well combined into a crumbly concoction.

Step 5:
Line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper or grease well on the sides and bottom. Then take 2/3 of the crumble mixture and pack it down until the bottom of the pan is fully covered. Then take your mango mixture and put it on top of the crumble layer and spread out evenly to cover the pan. Lastly, sprinkle the rest of the crumble mixture on top of the mangoes.

Step 6:
Place the baking dish into a preheated 350F oven for 35-40 minutes. Remove once done and let sit at room temp for 15-20 minutes until cool. Cut into 9 even squares and enjoy!
