Forbes identifies 10 "essential" AI agent platforms for business leaders.

"AI agents are rapidly transitioning from experimental technology to everyday business tools, with new platforms emerging for enterprise automation."

This sounds very exciting from Forbes, but the thing is - it's actually not cool for most businesses.

Because platforms like Google Vertex and Astra, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Amazon Bedrock Agent, OpenAI Agents, Salesforce Agentforce, UiPath Studio, HubSpot Breeze, and others... in my opinion, it's something for a really highly customized build.

And trust me, you won't be able to manage this after hiring some contractor.

So this is not a perfect choice; it's quite strange news honestly.

To me, I believe they just want to stay on the "hype peak."

AI voice bots are projected to handle 90% of first-level support by 2026.

This is what I'm always talking about.

It's very important for your call center to have some buffer between customers and your sales or customer support team.

Especially if people don't work 24/7, so it's nice to have someone who covers your back.

Nice, I'd like to try it - let's see if they have some API.


Salesforce Agentforce closes 18,000 enterprise deals including IRS deployment.

Wow, this is crazy.

This confirms that AI phone and chat automations are super cool and efficient - and really can bring results for your business.
