In the CDI Spark vs Plasma Spark Ignition video I am using off the shelf non resistive spark plugs. The less resistance you have, the more powerful the plasma.

A simple water jet combined with a water jacket to boil the water and inject low pressure super heated steam into the exhaust is also on the cards.

"To prevent injury through excessive heating a jacket 25 may be used, or else water injected, and when these means are objectionable recourse may be had to air cooling, this all the more readily as very high temperatures are practicable."

Super heated low pressure steam produced by this system will run a Tesla turbine or engine by converting the heat via fluid velocity decrease or expansion into torque.

The design of this 1916 machine will allow the centrifugal head to assist the rotation instead of retard as in Tesla's earlier 1909 design. It will do this using the Valvular Conduits.

This will allow a Tesla turbine or engine to have vacuum in the inlet. As the speed is increased the vacuum increases and so does the hydraulic pressure at the inlet. The rapid conversion of hot heat to mechanical rotation will create a cold sink and the vacuum will maintain a large supersonic draft!

The big power comes from the steam imploding back to water whilst converting its heat and expansive energy to torque.

The power to weight ratio this system can provide is something I think will have to be seen to be believed!
