【NieR Automata】
　西暦5012年。突如として地球にエイリアンが襲来し、侵略を開始。
　人類はエイリアンと彼らが繰り出す兵器「機械生命体」の手によって地上を追われ
　月への退避を余儀なくされた。
　生き延びた人類は奪われた地球を取り戻す為、アンドロイド兵士による抵抗軍を結成。
　衛星軌道上に設置した基地群から反抗を開始するが
　十数回に渡る大規模降下作戦を経てもなお決定的打撃を与えることができず
　戦況は数千年に渡り膠着していた。
　この状況を打破するため、人類は決戦兵器として新型アンドロイド兵士「ヨルハ機体」を開発。
　それらから成る「YoRHa（ヨルハ）部隊」が編成され、戦線へと投入されることとなる。


【NieR Automata】
　5012 AD. Aliens suddenly attack Earth and begin an invasion.
　Humanity has been chased off the ground by aliens and their weapons called "machine lifeforms."
　They were forced to evacuate to the moon.
　The surviving humans form a resistance army made up of android soldiers in order to take back the stolen Earth.
　A rebellion begins from a group of bases set up in satellite orbit.
　Even after more than a dozen large-scale landing operations, they were still unable to deliver a decisive blow.
　The war situation had been at a stalemate for several thousand years.
　In order to overcome this situation, humanity has developed a new type of android soldier, the　YoRHa Machine, as a decisive battle weapon.
　A "YoRHa unit" consisting of them will be formed and sent to the front.
