To prepare an espresso, follow these steps:
1. Fill the reservoir with hot water
2. Fill the filter with ground coffee (here, we used 18g of ground coffee, for 40g in a cup)
3. Insert the filter into the machine
4. Place your cup under the nozzle of the machine
5. Lower the lever 6 times. Continue until the desired amount of water has passed through the coffee. For a standard espresso, this should take 25 to 30 seconds.
6. Once you've obtained the amount of coffee you want, serve immediately and enjoy!
