After a long trail running hiatus I am joined by Alex to finally hit the trails again! I've been struggling with illness the past few months but started to feel better to hit the trails. We had heaps of fun getting lost and went out to the local cafe and Blue Mountains Running Co. to stock up on running supplies and have some awesome chats to some fellow runners. We also chat tips and tricks for backyard ultra and everything in between :P
