Spec E46: "Qualifying Race"

Second race of the weekend for the 2023-06 NASA SoCal at Buttonwillow event. Track config is #25 CW. "Qualifying race" is kinda like an F1 "sprint race" where the finishing order sets the grid for the final race of the weekend.

NASA SoCal Spec E46 does standing starts for normal races and rolling starts for qualifying races.
