Students Make Sure Dan Brophy's Legacy Live On CASE UPDATE

Dan Brophy, a beloved chef and culinary instructor in Portland, Oregon, lost his life on June 2, 2018. He was shot twice while preparing for a morning class at the Oregon Culinary Institute, where he had worked for decades and was deeply respected by students and colleagues. His wife, Nancy Crampton Brophy, a self-published romance novelist, was convicted of the crime. In today’s video we review an article about how former students continue in his memory.
