I absolutely love this question - so here it goes - the one small thing I would do.

If you’re using pods for your coffee in the morning, swap those for a reusable stainless steel pod. They’re easy to use - you just fill it with your favorite ground coffee and make your cup of coffee as usual.

The reason for this is because the plastic pods contain endocrine disrupting chemicals that break down in heat and acid - ie. coffee is a high acid food. This causes more leaching of those chemicals into your favorite cup of coffee. Swapping this for a reusable stainless steel pod removes a consistent source of exposure! Yay!
