Now that we finally have control, it's time we left the barracks and started exploring Abazet! When you're ready, leave the barracks and step out into the city. Speak to the girl right outside the door for a quest.

Quest #7: To the Kamond Mine
Where: Abazet
Who: Yi-em
How: Protect the merchant and escort him to the Kamond Mine. You can find him on the outskirts of the city. If he dies, you fail.
Reward: 400 xp, 800 SID, Belt of Magic Power

Begin by going into some of the homes in the center of town. The Scholar's House will have a chest for a [Attack LV 1] and [Defense LV 1] Kamond.

The Villager's House will have a chest for [150 SID]. On your way out of the city, swing by Deba's House for a chest containing a [Revive Capsule].

**STORYLINE ADVANCE**
Head out of Abazet Town, and here you will receive a Cube. This is a device that allows you to send and receive letters to fellow Southern Forces members. Zephie will then ask if you'd like to go over Party Combat. You can listen to it if you don't know how to play, or opt out of it. Either way, Zephie will send you information to your Cube.
