Performance Improvement Beyond Instruction - But Including Instruction

This webinar presents a model and methods for conducting Analysis for Performance Improvement efforts. These methods were first taught to the presenter in 1979 and were based on the work of the late Geary A. Rummler and the late Tom Gilbert. Guy has been using these as a performance-based ISD consultant since 1982 and they are central to almost all of his consulting work. He has taught these to hundreds of practitioners since 1983, including his own staff, and the staff of his clients, including AT&T, Amoco, Eli Lilly, General Motors, Hewlett Packard, and Siemens Building Technologies.
