A mini review / quick look of the Coolpad Illumina hosted by Virgin Mobile!

I would definitely say it's a decent budget phone, and it handles apps very well. it doesn't have a lot of preloaded apps as much as it has preloaded links to browser versions of the apps. As mentioned, the only app that didn't work was Instagram, and it handles YouTube in a very odd way of where it can't play videos past 480p. But my other apps are working well, including Couchsurfing, SoundCloud, Twitter, Memrise, and others.

The phone was $40 plus tax, and I would say that it's worth it. I would not suggest paying more than $50 for it (including tax)! Another $10 can get you a more capable phone.

I would definitely suggest this for someone that needs a straightforward interface, as camera quality on low priority, and isn't trying to load heavy duty apps. They did have the audacity to preload Facebook lite on it, though. But, didn't have Facebook Messenger lite!
