Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has filed a reply in the Supreme Court on the petition challenging his arrest. In this he has fiercely targeted the Enforcement Directorate (ED) .On behalf of Kejriwal, it was said that the investigating agency has made the arrest ignoring the rules of the top court. He said that the election model code of conduct had come into force, hence his arrest says a lot about the arbitrariness of the ED.
