Ninjara Origin - This Humanoid Fox Is Raphael's GF & Japan's Most Efficient Ninja Theif & Assassin

The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles took the world by storm when they debuted all the way back in 1984. It was a novel idea, four heroic anthropomorphic turtles named after famous renaissance artists. No one had ever heard of something like that before! Their distinct and lovable personalities made them a huge hit. However, they are not the only notable anthropomorphic characters of interest in the series.
This video is not about a Turtle. It is instead about Ninjara, otherwise known as Umeko, Raphael's girlfriend who is a humanoid fox. This sassy character was created by illustrator Michael Dooney and writer Steve Murphy and became an instant hit because she was a spunky and frankly badass character who held her own. She was also interestingly, the first character to ever fall in love with one of the turtles. This is her story!
