BMW Euro Headlight Restoration and Install | E28 535is M30 | E24 E30 DIY Conversion

Full restoration of a set of Euro Spec headlights I personally picked up in Italy.In this video I go over everything including disassembly, sandblasting repainting, clear coating assembly and installation.
I even design and 3D print custom euro spec plug housings
to convert the original wire harness.
The euro spec lights use a different shaped prong connector so the original plugs will not work. My custom connector housing serves as a direct replacement so no cutting or modification of wires is required.
