Operation North Star (ONS) is a national law enforcement initiative led by Ronald Davis, Director of the U.S. Marshals Service, aimed at assisting state and local agencies in reducing serious violent crime. ONS FY 2024 focuses on apprehending fugitives wanted for the most severe offenses, including homicide, forcible sexual assault, robbery, and aggravated assault.

This video has been approved for public release by the U.S. Marshals Service, Office of Public Affairs, and participating law enforcement agencies. Faces of fugitives or suspects have been blurred, and some audio has been removed to protect personal information.
