Indian Brahmastra BrahMos delivered to Philippines, DRDO tests Nirbhay Missiles | Major Gaurav Arya

India delivered the first batch of BrahMos missiles to the Philippines. The supersonic missiles arrived Manila on April 19th. These missiles, often referred to as India's "Brahmastra," transported to the Philippines aboard Indian Air Force C-17 Globemaster and Russian IL-76 transport aircraft, flying over the South China Sea to reach their destination. On the other hand, The long-range Nirbhay cruise missile, also known as the Indigenous Technology Cruise Missile (ITCM), was successfully test-fired off the coast of Odisha. Developed by the Bengaluru-based DRDO laboratory Aeronautical Development Establishment (ADE), the missile features an indigenous propulsion system and the Manik turbofan engine. The test was conducted by the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) from the Integrated Test Range (ITR) in Chandipur, Odisha.
