এবার থেকে রাজ্যে নয়া নিয়ম আনছে সরকার। কারণ চলতি বছরের এপ্রিল থেকে আঙ্গুলের ছাপে মিলবে রেশন । এর আগে বেশ কয়েকবার রাজ্যে এই নিয়ম নিয়ে দেখা গেছে অনেক সমস্যা। রেশন (Ration) না পাওয়ার খবর পেয়ে চিন্তিত হয়ে পরে আমজনতা। কিন্ত এবার সব জল্পনার অবসান করে এপ্রিলে আস্ব নয়া নিয়ম।আঙ্গুলের ছাপে মেশিনে দিলে বোঝা যাবে আপনি এর গ্রহন কর্তা । বহু বছর ধরে বিভিন্ন রাজ্যে এ কথা শোনা যাচ্ছে যে দারিদ্র্যসীমার নিচে যে সব ব্যক্তিরা রয়েছেন তারা এই সরকারের দু টাকা কেজি চালের সুবিধা থেকে বঞ্চিত হচ্ছেন।
