Garam masala powder 1tsp
Chilli flakes 1tsp
Crushed roasted coriander 1tsp
Fennel powder 1tsp
Poppy seed &desiccated coconut 1tsp (powder foam)
Salt to taste
Grated onion 3no medium(squise the water)
Grated ginger 2" Pcs
Green chiili 3,4nos(fine chopped)
Coriander hand full (fine chopped)
Ingredients for gravy
Onion sliced cut 1nos large
Green cardamom 3nos
Almond 10nos
Cashew 10nos
Coconut small pc
Fox nut 10,15
Garlic paste 2tbs
Ginger paste 2tbs
Onion paste 3tbs
Tomato puree ½cup
Coriander powder 2tsp
Chilli powder 1tsp
Turmeric powder ¼tsp
Salt to taste
Poppy seed ½tsp
Garam masala ½tsp
Mace & nutmeg powder ¼tsp
Kewra essence few drop
