Basmati rice -1 Kg (6 glass)
Chicken -1 kg
Ghee 3 tsp
Oil
Cardamom -5
Cinnamon -3 stick
Cloves -4
Mace (Jathipathiri )-small piece
Star Anise (Thakolam) -3
Bay Leaf -3
Tomoto -4
Onion -5
Green Chilly -3 (crushed)
Garlic –2 Big (crushed)
Ginger - 3 Square Pieces ( crushed)
Curd – 1 Cup
Lemon Juice -1
Turmeric Powder -1tsp
Kashmiri Chilly Powder -3 ½ tsp
Chilly Powder -1 tsp
Coriander powder-4 tsp
Biriyani masala powder –1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder -11/2 tsp
Coriander Leaves- 1 Cup (Chopped)
Mint Leaves- 1 Cup (Chopped)
Salt
Water-12 galss
