Dal baati recipe | rajasthani dal bati churma | dal baati in appe pan . a traditional rajasthani delicacy recipe made from dal, bati or wheat rolls and churma which is powdered wheat ball. it is generally served for lunch or dinner by mixing the dal with crushed baati and ghee topped on it.
perhaps one of the traditional and ancient regional indian recipe coming from the rajasthani cuisine. the dish is a combination of 3 recipes, i.e mixed lentil curry, mixed with baked wheat balls with a powdered wheat ball as side dish. it is typically served for lunch during the peak cold winter season.

Ingredients :
For Bati :
3 cup Wheat flour
1/2 cup Coarse wheat flour
1/2 tsp Salt
5 - 6 tbsp Pure Ghee
Water as needed
Pure ghee as needed

For Dal :
1/4 cup Green moong dal
1/4 cup Toor dal
2 tbsp Yellow moong dal
3 tbsp Chana dal
Turmeric powder
Red chilli powder
Salt to taste
Coriander powder
Garam masala
3 tbsp Oil
Mustard seeds
Cumin seeds
Coriander leaves
Water as needed

For Churma :
Prepared bati
Powdered sugar
Dry fruits
Pure ghee

For Chutney:
Dry kashmiri red chilli
Tomato
Cumin seeds
Salt & Water
Oil
