What is innovation? Shahid’s response: The ability to say yes, when saying no is so much easier in the health care industry. How can everyone learn to say yes and go forward (everyone includes nurses, care-givers…) Shadid explains what stops the health care industry from saying “yes”, but also looks to the future to see how, with the proper knowledge about how to present innovative ideas, they will become more possible.
