Welcome to the #1 Mobile Mechanic In the DFW, Texas!! Today we're working on a 1.5L Ford Fusion EcoBoost that was putting out a warning on the dash saying the car was overheating. Upon inspection I also noticed that the serpentine belt was shredded due to the tensioner pulley being warn out. Did some research to find out that most of these ecoboost turbo motors have a common problem with the coolant temperature sensor going out. After replacing the coolant sensor the customer decided to replace the o2 sensors since it was throwing a code for those too. Also we have all the pipes out of the way so it was a good time to replace them. After everything was installed the warning went away and all codes were fixed.
