Time has never been something of importance to you beyond following the rise and fall of the moon. That being the only marker of when to paint and when to allow the colors to fade into your father's domineering daylight. Ever since the night with Thea you could feel your power rush through your body. Flowing freely as it did before. The next night you returned to your domain, eager see if your abilities truly had returned. That night the stars shined twice as bright and the fears that had been festering within you were put at ease. Though soon enough another matter plagued your mind.

With your might returned to you there was no need to continue with your guise as a mortal. There was very little you liked about it in the first place. You weren't your mother, who looked upon humanity with some sort of respect, walking amongst them as an equal. Though neither were you your father, who saw humanity as pawns with only a select few having his favor. No, humanity to you was something abstract, creatures with such contradiction. They were both powerful and powerless, knowledgeable and foolish, generous and selfish all at the same time. You would gladly leave them all behind you, all of them except one. Thea, your muse. The woman who could see nothing except the brightness of your stars yet saw you truer than anyone ever will. So you returned to your guise as a mortal and walked out into the countryside to knock upon her door.
