Ancient and historic semi-detached property (it was a convent) located in a quiet village less than 5 minutes from Fivizzano.
The property consists of a large house on three levels (+ habitable attic floor) and characterized by a large panoramic terrace of over 100 square meters; a completely flat and fenced attached land of approx. 2700 square meters with a barn on two levels with independent access.
The land borders a beautiful stream with clear waters full of fish.
The building dates back to the 17th century, with subsequent modifications at the beginning of the 19th century when its intended use changed from a convent (annexed to the nearby church) to a private residence; an adjacent portion of the original convent has in fact remained as the Parsonage of the Parish of S. Colombano.
Until the end of the 90s, the property was the fulcrum for the activities of the family farm, made up of numerous lands used for vineyards and olive groves distributed in the hills that delimit the gentle valley of the Rosaro River. While the upper floors constitute the actual living area of the house, the cellars and the ground floor have retained their original characteristics of use as a warehouse for the various agricultural activities and for the farm products.

Antica e storica proprietà (fu un Convento) semi-indipendente ubicata in un tranquillo villaggio a meno di 5 minuti da Fivizzano.
La proprietà è costituita da una ampia casa su tre livelli (+ piano mansardato abitabile) e caratterizzata da una grande terrazza panoramica di oltre mq 100; un terreno attaccato completamente pianeggiante e recintato di ca. mq 2700 con un fienile su due livelli con accesso indipendente.
Il terreno confina con un bellissimo torrente dalle acque limpide e pescose.
L'edificio risale al XVII secolo, con successive modifiche all'inizio del XIX secolo quando la sua destinazione d'uso cambio da convento ( annesso alla vicina Chiesa) a dimora privata; una porzione adiacente del convento originale è infatti rimasta come Canonica della Parrocchia di S. Colombano.
Fino alla fine degli anni 90, la proprietà è stata il fulcro per le attività dell'azienda agricola della famiglia, costituita da numerosi terreni adibiti a vigneto e uliveto distribuiti nelle colline che delimitano la dolce valle del Fiume Rosaro. Mentre i piani superiori costituiscono l'area di abitazione vera e propria della case, le cantine e il piano terra hanno conservato i loro caratteri originali d'uso come magazzino per le varie attività agricole e per i prodotti dell'azienda agricola.
