IAS officer Chavi Ranjan, who was arrested on May 4th in connection with the Army Land scam, has been sent to Birsa Munda Central Jail after the completion of his remand. Today, he appeared in the ED Court. Initially, he was remanded to ED custody for 6 days, and later an additional 4-day remand was granted.
