CCTV footage from cameras on a resident's house captured the terrifying moment, showing two police cars speeding into the quiet road.

Ambulance crews and local police were called to the scene around 5pm last night, after three victims were allegedly attacked by an Afghan national with a knife.

Local residents took to social media to ask what the commotion was, with one claiming the deceased was simply walking his dog.
